Marla Gottschalk Empowered Work Requires a Strong Foundation Becoming More Positive: Embracing “Plan B” I’ve never been afraid of “Plan B”. You know, the plan that's applied after “Plan A” goes down in a fiery ball of flames. I actually have my first two bosses to thank for this perspective. Starting out in customer analysis, “Plan B” was certainly a lesson I discovered somewhat quickly. Samples have been by no means how I envisioned them. Implementation was never excellent. The results that followed? There was at all times some sort of shock â€" a “twist” â€" so to talk. How can we handle the inevitable imperfections which are a reality of our everyday work lives?
